User Experience Manager - Lead - Researcher
A UX professional with over 20 years experience bridging strategy, technology, and design to deliver solutions based on user centered design principles, research, and practice. From designing a system to manage the sales cycle of power plants for GE Power, to developing a greeting card app for Amazon, what I enjoy most about my career is the constant evolution and learning opportunities.
I started as a jack-of-all-trades web developer at a small 5 person shop and over the years I have transitioned from that background into information architecture, interaction design, user experience and user research. Most recently I have been supporting UX teams in the enterprise as a people manager and UX Lead for Rogers Communications and the Bank of Montreal.
